Public offer

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. General

This document is a public offer of the operator named below to any person (the user) to conclude a contract for paid access to the Nemis Tili B2 platform on the conditions below. Paying an order is full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject

The operator grants the user full access to the platform's practice sets, mock exams, automatic scoring and statistics for the paid period. Access is personal and limited to one account on at most 2 devices at a time.

3. Price

1 month (30 days): 3 USD. 3 months (90 days): 7 USD.

Payment is made in Uzbek sum. The sum amount is calculated at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan USD rate on the day the order is created, rounded up to the nearest 1,000 sum, and does not change after the order is created.

4. Payment and start of access

Payment is made through Payme or Click. Access is granted automatically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment. If you already have access, the new period starts when the current one ends.

There is no automatic renewal and no card is stored. To continue after a period ends, the user makes a new purchase.

5. Free trial

Every new account receives 3 days of full access free of charge, once per account and once per device.

6. Refunds

If a payment was charged twice or access was not granted after a confirmed payment, the operator refunds the amount or grants the access, at the user's choice, after the user contacts support.

Within 3 days of payment the user may ask for a refund of a purchase whose period has not started yet (a purchase stacked after current access). Otherwise, because access is a digital service delivered immediately, paid periods are not refundable, except where the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan requires it. When a payment is cancelled by the provider, the access granted for it is withdrawn.

7. Obligations and liability

The user must not share the account, copy or distribute content, or bypass technical restrictions. The operator may suspend access for serious violations.

The operator does not guarantee a particular result in the official telc exam. Liability of the operator is limited to the amount paid for the current period.

8. Disputes and term

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation through the support contact. The offer applies from publication until it is withdrawn or replaced; orders already paid keep the conditions valid on the day of payment.
