1. Who processes your data

The operator named below processes personal data to provide Nemis Tili B2. Questions and requests: write to the contact address below.

2. What we collect

From Google at sign-in: your name, e-mail address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.

Devices: a random device identifier stored in a cookie, the browser and operating system from the user agent, the IP address and, when our network provider supplies it, the approximate country and city. This is used to enforce the 2-device limit and to show you your active devices.

Learning data: your answers, scores, times, texts you write, streaks, XP and achievements.

Payments: order amount, plan, status and the transaction identifiers sent by Payme or Click. Card data is entered only on the payment provider's page; we never see or store it.

3. Why we use it

To run your account and sign-in, enforce the device limit and the one-time trial, score your attempts and show your progress, process payments and grant access, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies and local storage

nt_session (sign-in session, 30 days), nt_did (device identifier, up to 400 days), nt_pending (a sign-in waiting on the device-limit screen, 15 minutes), NEXT_LOCALE (interface language) and short-lived sign-in cookies during the Google redirect. Your colour theme is saved in your browser's local storage. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Service providers

Google (sign-in), Payme and Click (payments) and TypeSafe AI (automatic scoring of writing tasks: only the task and your text are sent, without your name or e-mail). Data is stored on our own server.

6. Retention

Account and learning data are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your sign-in identity, devices, sessions and progress data are deleted; payment records are kept in anonymised form for as long as accounting law requires. Server backups are overwritten within 14 days.

7. Your rights

You can see your data on your dashboard, history and devices pages, change your name and language in your profile, and delete your account yourself. For a copy of your data or any other request, contact us.
